DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer Priority Mail®, UPS ground shipping. (Please note: UPS ground does not deliver to PO boxes.)
Please allow up to seven business days for your order to ship.
HANDLING FEE
What is the “handling fee”? Like many companies we are facing unprecedented increases in shipping costs due to high fuel prices. Unfortunately, while we have absorbed these costs in early 2022, the sustained high prices make it impossible for us to completely absorb going forward. We will continue to monitor fuel and related shipping prices. We appreciate your understanding of this issue. Please note: If using Shop Pay, the handling fee will appear as "shipping".
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
christopherradko.com is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks (on top of shipping time) for our elves to personalize your ornament.
Though we’re not able to help identify the ornament directly, there are a couple of resources that we consider invaluable to all our collectors:
1. We have a complete collection of digital catalogs that contain all ornaments Christopher Radko has produced! For access to the catalogs, please contact the customer service elves: (800) 717-2356 or RadkoElves@ChristopherRadko.com.
2. There is also a Christopher Radko Collectors group on Facebook that may have individuals that can possibly help with past designs and their values. Follow this link to request to join!
Every year, we retire ornaments from our previous line. This means that these ornaments are no longer in production. If the item you’re looking for is retired, it is probably not available on our website for purchase.
Value is subjective and is based upon how an item is viewed by our collectors. For this reason, we are unable to provide value estimates.
